The Stress Management Society's ‘Excelling Under Pressure: Building Personal Resilience’ workshop is designed to build self-awareness, resilience and to empower organizations to recognize stress and tackle stress-related challenges through effective coping strategies.
Recent events have caused mental health issues to skyrocket, both among full time employees and contracted suppliers. In the workshop, we understand and recognize stress, explore some of the flawed strategies that organizations commonly use to deal with it and provide more beneficial alternatives including practical exercises designed to increase personal resilience.
