About the Webinar

On September 9th, 2021 President Biden announced a new plan to get more than 100 million Americans vaccinated against COVID-19. In the proposed plan, the vaccine would be mandated for all employees working in organizations with 100 or more employees. For workers with religious and health exemptions, weekly testing would be required. This mandate will be implemented through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS). If not followed, companies could face a $13,600 penalty per violation. However, there are still many questions lingering about the logistics and legalities of the announcement.

In this session, we’ll be joined by two legal experts from Fisher Phillips. They’ll break down the announcement and what it means for businesses in the next few months.
